3. The Information Regulator’s guide
The Information Regulator has published a guide on how to use PAIA and POPIA. It is available from the Regulator at inforeg.org.za, and a copy may be inspected on request to the Information Officer.
4. Categories of records held
- Company records: incorporation documents, governance and statutory registers.
- Financial records: accounting records, invoices, tax records, payment records held with Stripe.
- Customer (agency) records: account details, workspace configuration, listings, content and billing history.
- Records held as operator for agencies: enquiries, newsletter subscribers, deals and documents (requests for these should be made to the agency concerned).
- Technical records: security and audit logs, system configuration.
- Supplier records: agreements with the operators listed in the privacy policy.
5. Records available without a request
Our privacy policy (/privacy), terms of service (/terms), cookie notice (/cookies) and this manual are published on this website.
6. Processing of personal information (POPIA)
The purposes of processing, the categories of data subjects and information, the recipients and the planned cross-border transfers are set out in the privacy policy. The operators we use are:

7. Security measures
A general description of our security measures is in the privacy policy, section "How we protect it".
8. How to request access
Submit the prescribed Form 2 to the Information Officer by email. Describe the record, the form of access you want and, where you act for someone else, your authority. We will respond within 30 days as PAIA requires. Prescribed fees may apply and will be communicated before any work is done. Access may be refused on the grounds set out in Chapter 4 of Part 3 of PAIA.
